If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the order will be left in a safe place.

Same-Day Delivery: Delivered by 8pm
Same-Day Delivery is a premium service offered by our store that allows customers to receive their orders on the same day they are placed.
When you place an order with Same-Day Delivery selected, we utilize a private courier to deliver your items directly to your doorstep within the same day.
Same-Day Delivery is available within a 7km radius of our store, covering various suburbs. However, please note that we cannot deliver same-day to Sydney CBD addresses.
To be eligible for Same-Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 12:30pm from Monday to Friday and by 1:30pm on Saturdays. Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for delivery on the next available day.
The cost for Same-Day Delivery is $20, providing you with the convenience of receiving your order on the same day it's placed.
While we strive to deliver all Same-Day orders promptly, the latest delivery time is 8pm on the same day the order is placed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors.
Same-Day Delivery is currently available only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Saturdays. Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed for delivery on the next available business day.
To ensure your order qualifies for Same-Day Delivery, please make sure to select the Same-Day Delivery option during checkout and place your order before the specified cutoff time for the day.
No, there are no restrictions. Same-Day Delivery is available for most items in our store, providing you with swift access to your desired products.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to track the delivery of your order. However, rest assured our dedicated team is working diligently to ensure your order reaches you on time.
Generally, if you're not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave the order in a safe place for your convenience. However, if your order includes prescription medication, it will be returned to our store as per regulatory requirements.
Free Store Pick-up
Click & Collect is available when a customer shops online with Cat & Claudia’s and selects “free store pick-up” in the checkout process. Customers will be notified via email or phone when their order is ready for collection. Usually, orders will be ready for in-store pick up within 4 hours, assuming all items are in stock. Upon pick-up, customers are to present matching photographic ID in relation to the details on their orders.
