This pharmacy uses Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy as its provider for the supply of online services (this website).
This Terms and Conditions Document outlines the Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy Terms and Conditions.
Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy provides our services to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions and all of the policies incorporated by reference, including Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions together with the Policies constitute the entire agreement between Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy and the user.
Your Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to:
provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Account Creation form (your “Account Information”) and
maintain and promptly update your Account Information (including Medicare, Concession and Safety Net details if you choose to enter those) to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site.
Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at its discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and registration and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and registration. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy considers this Registration Information private. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Pricing Policy
All prices quoted on the site are in Australian dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Prices shown on the Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy website may differ from prices in-store. Customers will be charged the amount as shown on the website.
For pharmaceutical items, prices may reflect the Government subsidy provided under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). The participating pharmacist will confirm your entitlement under the PBS at the time you collect your order. If you cannot satisfy the requirements for PBS benefits then a higher price may be charged. When collecting your order, please ensure you bring your Medicare card, Concession card and Safety Net card if you have entered these details into your Account Information.
Additions and Deletions to Orders
We cannot delete items from orders once they have been confirmed. If you want to add items to your order then place a new order.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Change of Mind
We value our customers at Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy so if you change your mind, you can exchange (not refund) most products within 14 days of purchase date, provided that:
• You provide a receipt,
• The product and packaging are in its original condition including all manuals and accessories,
• The product is in re-saleable condition, and
• The product has not been used or damaged. Exchanges or refunds for change of mind cannot be offered for:
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Baby formulas
• Medicines - Pharmacy Only medicines (S2), Pharmacist Only medicines (S3), Prescription Medicines
• Vitamins and nutritional supplements
• Underwear and hosiery
• Earrings
• Special and custom orders
Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy' change of mind returns policy is in addition to customers' statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act and similar laws. This means that Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy reserves the right not to offer an exchange if the above requirements are not satisfied.
Consumer Guarantees
Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy will accept any product returns and provide our customers with exchange or refund where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description, and
• The customer can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase
Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy may return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund.
Damaged Goods
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your order arrives damaged, you must contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be requested to provide your order details with photographic evidence of your parcel including the damaged goods, which may require being returned. If we approve your claim, we will exchange the product(s) for the same item or if the product is no longer available, we will send a similar product of the same or similar value if you are satisfied.
Copyright
The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy.
The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When ordering from Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy you are the purchaser of the goods and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully purchase the goods you order.

Express Delivery - 2 to 3 days
Customers may receive a call to verify order details before an order is dispatched. Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy will dispatch most orders within one business day, Monday to Friday, assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different Cat and Claudia’s Community Pharmacy pharmacies.
You will be notified via email or phone if there are any delays in obtaining any items in your order. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak seasons, such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and other promotional periods, or due to unforeseen events.
If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the order will be left in a safe place.
Standard Delivery - 4 to 10 days
