How to use this product:

Adults and children over 12 years of age. Take one or two tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if necessary.

Active Ingredient (per tablet):

Docusate sodium 50mg, Total sennosides (calculated as sennoside B) 8mg.

Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health care practitioner. Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems.
