Henry Blooms St Johns Wort 2000 is formulated to calm and help relieve the symptoms of stress, nervous tension, mild anxiety, restlessness, irritability and nervous fatigue. As a calming nerve tonic, it can help relieve insomnia and improve sleep.

Along with stress relief, it can help ease the symptoms of menopausal anxiety. It helps relieve the symptoms of cold sores and reduce nerve pain. It also provides temporary relief from pain associated with rheumatism, fibromyalgia, and sciatica.

Henry Blooms St Johns Wort 2000 helps relieve nervous tension and symptoms of stress such as mild anxiety and irritability. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a calming nerve tonic, St John's wort has a nervous system relaxant action, helping to relieve restless sleep and reduce sleeplessness, whilst supporting the nervous system and enhancing nerve function.

St John's wort has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for relief of irritability and mood swings associated with menopause, as well as relief from mild nerve pain, neuralgia and to reduce the symptoms of mild sciatica.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s wort)
dry flowering herb extract 333.3 mg derived from Hypericum perforatum dry flowering herb 2 g (min.) standardised to contain hypericin 1 mg

No added wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, milk derivatives, salt, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

DIRECTIONS

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily.
